Această amenajare modernă a fost realizată pentru o casă din sudul Bucureștiului cu o structură 100% pe lemn. Tehnologia este un element definitoriu al acestui spațiu, chiar dacă este greu de observat de la prima vedere. Casa are încălzire în pardoseală și alte elemente pe care le veți descoperi în curând și care o fac într-adevăr unică și customizată pe nevoile clienților.
Locuința a fost amenajată pentru un cuplu tânăr, iar conceptul a fost construit pe baza nevoilor pe care aceștia le aveau. Ea dorea un spațiu în care să-și poată depozita cărțile, el având un job care presupune prezentarea de mașini a avut nevoie de un spațiu mai elaborat unde să-și desfășoare activitatea. Bucătăria se remarcă prin simplitate și utilitate, având corpuri suspendate pe două adâncimi diferitei. Corpurile suspendate inferioare au adancime standard, în timp ce corpurile suspendate superioare au aceeași adâncime ca cea a blatului de lucru, creând astfel mai multă depozitare. Tot în bucătărie am instalat și un mini bar, dar designul a fost adaptat astfel încât să acopere micile imperfecțiuni pe care le-am descoperit ulterior, iar continuitatea cromaticii o găsim și în bucătărie.
Așa cum menționăm, și-au dorit amândoi și un birou care să fie suficient de încăpător. Ea avea nevoie de un spațiu pentru depozitare cărți, iar el pentru echipamentele foto, dar și diverse machete cu mașini. Dormitorul matrimonial se remarcă prin culori deschise, un pat amplasat central și prin accesorizarea cu pernuțe decorative Flufo, care ajută din punct de vedere acustic.
Trecem și la baia matrimonială care are un aspect de home spa cu foarte mult lemn și mobilier alb, minimalist. În schimb, baia copiilor este vesel colorată, iar cea de la parter este mai luminoasă și iese în evidență prin ceramica în diverse culori de accent.
Principalul element al acestui proiect este echilibrul perfect între folosirea atentă a accentelor din lemn și tehnologia de ultimă generație, pentru un feeling cozy, dar modern.

She wanted a space where she could store her books, and having a job that required presenting cars, he needed a more elaborate space to work. Therefore, the central point starts from the garage, the place where he wanted to carry out his activity. We can say that this area is an ultra-modern one, where a rotating platform has been installed for the exhibition of the cars he photographs.
Heading inside, we come across a modern, minimalist house with turquoise and yellow accents. The impression of being spacious and tidy also came from the customers' desire not to have curtains or drapes in order to let the natural light in and restore the warmth of the home.
The kitchen stands out for its simplicity and utility, with suspended bodies on two different depths. The lower suspended bodies have a standard depth, while the upper suspended bodies have the same depth as the worktop, thus creating more storage. We also installed a mini bar in the kitchen, but the design was adapted to cover the small imperfections that we later discovered, and the continuity of color can also be found in the kitchen.
As we mentioned, they both wanted a room that was spacious enough. She needed a space for storing books, and he needed space for photo equipment, but also various models with cars. The master bedroom is distinguished by light colors, a centrally located bed and the accessory with decorative pillows Flufo, which helps acoustically.
We move on to the master bathroom which has the appearance of a home spa with lots of wood and white, minimalist furniture. Instead, the children's bathroom is brightly colored, and the one on the ground floor is brighter and stands out through ceramics in various accent colors.
The main element of this project is the perfect balance between the careful use of wooden accents and the latest technology, for a cozy but modern feeling.
